Terms of Service

By using STEERWASH (ABN 72 370 185 899), you agree to these terms. Bookings are paid in cash on completion. We reserve the right to refuse service for unsafe access. Cancellations within 2 hours of the slot may incur a fee. Full terms govern liability, refunds and dispute resolution under Australian consumer law.

Cancellations

Free cancellation up to 2 hours before the booking. Late cancellations may be charged 30% of the service fee.

Liability

STEERWASH detailers are insured. Pre-existing damage is photographed before service. Claims must be raised within 24 hours.
